Celest is a 36 year old singer/performer who is no stranger to the stage and has been performing since the tender age of 14. At age 14 she went on to Win 3 well known local competitions in Cape Town namely the ” Joseph Stone Teen Idols Competition”, ” Huisgenoot Tiener talent Competition”  & The ” Westgate mall Voice Search Competition”. At the age of 16 she sang at opening ceremony in Cape Town for the Fifa World Cup where South Africa won the bid to host the 2010 soccer World Cup. By age 19 she had been performing for the ” Barnyard theatre Productions” for 3 years & also found herself performing alongside the likes of Dozi, Chris Chameleon, Emo Adam’s, Loyiso Bala & Nia Nel at ” Die Kaapse Jol” at the Bellville Valedrome. 

Her recent performances consist of being in the top 12 Contestants on The Voice South Africa Season 2, permorming at the Grand Arena in ” The Cape Town Party ” along with Loukmaan Adam’s, Karen Kortje & Alistair Izobel & performing a duet with Sasha-Lee David’s at her ” Breaking Free 2″ showcase. In 2024 Celest had the privilege of being a part of Bidvest’s annual celebration event this one being called “Bidvest Renaissance”. Celest will be a part of this year’s Suidoosterfees, which will be her 8th year. She also continues to dazzle her audience annually as part of Ganarama Productions “Boogie” Franchise. Celest continues to dazzle audiences around South Africa.
