Chris Forrest is sometimes referred to be a legend of South African comedy, having had a career lasting more than 20 years. He has since established a solid reputation as a skilled, reliable, and adaptable performer who can light up any room and make people laugh out loud. During that period, he has successfully participated in numerous domestic and international festivals, graced the big and small screens, most notably on the “Pure Monate Show,” won “Celebrity Masterchef,” hosted his own comedy game show on SABC called “Is That A Fact?”, and served in a variety of capacities on Comedy Central, including hosting two of his own specials.
Additionally, he has served as an MC, entertainer, facilitator, celebrity chef, and team-building leader at more than a thousand corporate events. These cover just about anything you can think of, such as conferences, product launches, golf outings, and so forth. Chris is undoubtedly going to remain at the top of the South African comedy industry for the next 20 years at least, and he doesn’t seem to be slowing down.
